In the new film by award-winning and revered director of the In Mozart Search trilogy, Beethoven & In Haydn Phil Grabsky presents the music and life story of one of the world’s most beloved composers, Fryderyk Chopin. In an effort to find a new perspective on Chopin, his man and his musical genius, Grabsky traveled the world for four years, recording performances by world-class musicians and esteemed historians and musicians. With Daniel Barenboim; Ronald Brautigam ;; Jeremy Siepmann, Nelson Goerner; Kevin Kenner; Janusz Olejniczak; 18th Century Orchestra conducted by Frans Brggen; Leif Ove Andsnes; Lars Vogt. In the long-awaited documentary, Phil Grabskys’ biographical account of Haydn’s life is a visual and aural adventure, including a stunning performance by some of the world’s most famous musicians.
Joseph Haydn (1732-1809) was one of the great innovators of music. Mozart and Beethoven believe they are a source of inspiration, so they could be overshadowed in the concert hall today for the benefit of young colleagues.

Speaking with some of Haydn’s best living representatives, the film raises the balance and highlights the master and his work. Phil Grabsky hopes that Haydn will reach a wider audience who will be surprised, entertained and fascinated by Haydn’s spirit, humanity and creativity beyond his reach.
Hayd’s life extends from the late Baroque period to the invasion of Napoleon in Vienna, surviving with his younger friend Mozart. He is one of the most prolific composers, producing over 100 symphonies, 64 quartets, 16 existing operas, 51 piano sonatas and oratorio The Creation and The Seasons.
Her cheerful and calm attitude accepts life’s problems and difficulties with humor and irony. Although blessed by a patron saint, managing his own orchestra and his own company for some 30 years on the Esterhazy estate, he is exposed to the usual suspicions on the first and second floors of the aristocratic and crazy home of the art world. This year has proven to be very productive, inspiring Haydn to write many works to please his boss and his illustrious guests with occasional theater nights, jokes and jokes.
Phil Grabsky follows the same chronological presentation format as the biography and music of the composer. Through intimate and revealing interviews with experts and in-depth excerpts from Haydns personal recollections, the public has gained an incredible understanding not only of Haydns music but also of appreciation for the artist himself. The focus of the film, as in previous films, is on the performance and interpretation of Haydns’ music, with performances by the world’s greatest musicians and orchestras.
